Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Mickey is a healthcare executive with almost 30 years of experience in growing and managing community-based healthcare companies. He started his career as a CPA with KPMG and moved into community-based services with Girling Healthcare, a family-owned home health agency, as CFO. During his 13 years, he managed all financial aspects of the company along with acquisitions and legislative efforts. He assisted with the company growing 4x and operating in three new states. In 2006 he moved into the CEO role for D&S Community Services. During his tenure with D&S, he grew the company 7x and delivered two exits for the PE partners delivering 4x returns on original investments. He formed CORE Advisory Team in 2021 to guide other management teams to similar results.
Principal
Cutler has a track record of successfully managing growth-oriented multi-site operations. Building upon the technical and managerial skills he developed early in his career with Hospital Corporation of America's IT&S group, Cutler transitioned into an operational role with Covenant Physician Partners where he managed a book of business totaling as many as 15 surgery centers and 13 anesthesia entities across the country spanning several specialties and generating $60 million in revenue. He later joined D&S Community Services, managing 10 offices throughout Tennessee and Kentucky. Cutler proved successful in his efforts to unite his teams to achieve positive results always keeping in mind the people he served, the company, and investors.
Principal
Brian bridges financial and operations perspectives to enhance business performance in healthcare and human services organizations. He has extensive leadership experience in high-growth organizations executing M&A roll up strategies and assimilating acquired businesses as well as situations requiring strict cash management. Brian was CFO for multi-state healthcare companies for more than 14 years, most recently with D&S Community Services. His diverse skills were developed from a foundation of senior finance, M&A and operations roles at a Fortune 500 human services company and as a CPA with Ernst & Young.
Senior Advisor
Jamie’s entire career has been in the health and human services industry. In 2008 she jumped in headfirst and committed herself to learning all the ins and outs of the IDD field and understanding the multitude of corporate functions that are required to support successful operations. She was quickly promoted into Operations Management and thrived in that role until she transitioned into a Project Management role within the Executive Team. Her tenure in managing projects and being the lead on over 20 acquisitions brings remarkable cross-functional perspective to the team.

Robn has spent 30+ years working to improve the lives of vulnerable populations. After having a child with special needs, she made it her mission to work with organizations to ensure that premium services were provided while also advancing corporate operations at all levels. She has overseen learning and development, employee engagement and culture, and project management. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives for person-centered practices and successfully managed multiple large-scale projects to include mergers and acquisitions. Robn is passionate about providing tools and resources for businesses to enhance the programs they’ve built. Her ability to advocate for the individuals supported while also understanding the business impact is unmatched. Robn’s diversity of experience has provided her with a unique, multi-faceted insight across operations.

Robyn is a unique leader with proven leadership experience in both operations and human resources. This experience allows her to bridge operations and human resources perspectives to provide support necessary to achieve strategic objectives. Due to her operational experience, she has a unique ability to operationalize the HR function resulting in streamlined processes and designing efficient teams that support operations rather than slow them down. She excels in project management and supporting mergers and acquisitions from due diligence through implementation. Throughout her career she has focused on providing the necessary tools for everyone to achieve including writing operations manuals, developing and implementing both new hire training and leadership development programs, as well as creating policies and writing employee handbooks. Paige has over 8 years of healthcare experience serving in various roles from managing business operations to managing revenue cycle for large, multi-state corporations. At D&S Community Services Paige honed her analytical skills, working with the finance and operations teams to understand data and find real-world solutions to various business issues. At Sevita Health, she was responsible for $100M P&L, managing a team of 15 that included financial analysts, billing and authorization managers and specialists, and trust fund specialists. Paige brings a valuable skill set of process improvement, project management, and tactical implementation to the Core Advisory Team
